We are looking for a few Coachable, Motivated individuals that align with our company’s core values and vision and are willing to work to build a solid real estate career through trustworthy methods and integrity

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide and support prospects through our buying and listing process.
Cultivate the prospect database of the community he or she is assigned and creating the ultimate customer buying experience. Agents will be responsible for responding to inbound sales inquiries and outbound calling to set appointments to meet with clients who are interested in buying or selling residential real estate and rigorously follow up with leads in pipeline.
Duties to include but not limited to telephone conversations, outbound and inbound calls, relationship building and web leads to tour appointments.
Sale Executive will be responsible for hitting or surpassing sales goals monthly, quarterly, yearly
Become an expert on the evolving real estate market.
Ability to use or quickly learn e-mail systems, maintain thorough and complete database, Multiple Listing Service and other technologies as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must display the following qualifications

Top producing commission-only sales professional with a proven success record in a sales environment
A market maker that is proactive and prides themselves on succeeding
Ability to source relationship connectors that will become buyers or refer buyers
Must be a closer
Competitive spirit with a must win attitude
Relationship builder and able to ask for referrals
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong presentation and telephone skills
An enthusiasm to learn and be trained
Holds themselves accountable to produce
Occasional work weekends to include, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Enjoys working with affluent prospects
Good computer skills and ability to input data into CRM
Must be ready to start in the next 30 days
